A 41,000 sq ft, four building, flex industrial park located in the City of Flowery Branch, GA. The Branch is situated on Atlanta Highway, 0.5 miles from Interstate 985 and less than a mile from downtown Flowery Branch. The project was sourced, entitled, permitted by Stark Properties and is currently under development with a Q4 2025 completion date.
