Key Storage

A 470-unit climate controlled storage facility located in Oakwood, GA, is situated on Hwy 53 less than 2 miles from Interstate 985. Key Storage was able to capitalize on a then underserved storage market in the fast-growing Hall County submarket. Key Storage experienced tremendous lease up velocity and hit full occupancy well before pro forma timeline. The project was sourced, entitled, permitted and developed by Stark Properties in 2019. Key Storage was sold to a national buyer in January 2024.
