Stark Properties is the next chapter in a legacy that began in 1980 with Bill Stark Properties.
Founded by Bill Stark in Atlanta, Georgia, the original company focused on residential communities and commercial developments that became cornerstones of thriving neighborhoods. Over the years, Bill Stark Properties built a reputation for quality, integrity, and commitment to the community.
Our mission is to reimagine and carry on the legacy of our father's company, Bill Stark Properties, which has been responsible for over 4,000 homes and 30+ flex industrial and light commercial buildings throughout metro Atlanta over the last 40 years.

Today, Bill Stark’s four sons have rebranded and revitalized the company, bringing fresh perspectives, modern innovations, and a renewed focus to community-driven development under the name Stark Properties.
While we honor the principles on which the original company was founded, we are also focused on adapting to the changing needs of today’s markets and enhancing the environments we develop for future generations.

Jacob’s Foundation is a newly established 501(c)(3) organization committed to supporting special needs communities by donating a portion of the proceeds in the communities we develop. These funds will be directed to local philanthropies and initiatives that enhance the lives of individuals with special needs, fostering inclusion, support, and empowerment. Through our contributions, Jacob’s Foundation aims to create lasting impact by providing essential resources and opportunities for individuals with special needs in the communities we serve.
